Kelvin was born in Southern California but grew up in Taiwan. Now, he calls PNW his new home. With his background, Kelvin speaks fluent Mandarin and is eager to help his Chinese-speaking community with his knowledge. Kelvin is passionate about being a part of his patients’ recovery journey and learning about their daily lives. In his free time, Kelvin likes to enjoy coffee, explore good food, hiking, and travel.
